Dear Researchers,
Please carefully note the following points:

1️⃣ Special Conference Event:
The special program of the conferences will be held online on Friday, November 21, 2025 (30 Aban 1404), from 15:00 to 21:00.
The participation link will be announced later.

2️⃣ Oral Presentation of Accepted Papers:
Authors whose papers have been accepted for oral presentation and wish to deliver a speech at the conference must complete service registration, pay the fees, and send their PowerPoint file by Monday, November 17, 2025 (26 Aban 1404).

• Please send the PowerPoint file via Eitaa or Telegram to +98-901-724-2753.

• A free holographic certificate of appreciation will be presented to all speakers.

3️⃣ Payment for Other Participants:
Other authors of accepted papers and all registered participants must complete payment and service registration by Sunday, November 23, 2025 (2 Azar 1404).

• Failure to complete the payment will result in the rejection of the paper.

4️⃣ Receiving International Certificates:
Participants (both authors and non-authors) can receive physical, holographic, and verifiable certificates for:

• Participation in the conference

• Oxford Cert Universal International Certificate
  To receive these certificates, please select “Oxford Cert Universal International Certificate” in the Special Services section.

5️⃣ Indexing in SID Database:
To obtain the SID Indexing Certificate, log in to your user account and select the required number of options under “Special Services > SID Indexing or SID Indexing & Certificate.”

6️⃣ Requesting Conference Trophy:
Researchers with oral presentation papers may order the Conference Trophy through the “Service Registration > Special Services” section.
✅ All authors of accepted papers are eligible to request the trophy.
